Our family (me, my husband and son) have been working with Sharone Sapir since August 2020. We were all home, adjusting to self-quarantine and realized that we needed some help to keep us focused on our healthy lifestyle. We were exercising regularly but our diet was a little more erratic. We were definitely snacking more on what Sharone called “processed food” – it was convenient and usually within an arms reach in the kitchen! We were also getting a lot of takeout from restaurants. Looking for some help and guidance, we reached out to Sharone to discuss a proposed plan to help us become more consistent with food choices. During our initial call, Sharone addressed our individual needs and we decided to move forward. Sharone created an action plan for us that was doable without creating unnecessary steps and also helping to eliminate stress on overly focusing on food and what we ate. One of my favorite things about working with Sharone is her support regarding eating within our lifestyle. She understands and supports having “fun eating days” making it easier to focus on the positive. She also helps us identify areas where we could improve our food choice (for example, adding protein). This kind of thinking is consistent with our family philosophy – choosing to celebrate each day – while balancing diet and exercise.
Partnering together with Sharone over the last 9 months has been wonderful for our family – each one of us has lost weight, consistently eating more healthy and exercising.
