In January of 2019 I started working with Sharone, who is an awesome, well-educated (seriously),
supportive Nutritionist. When we first started out, I was overweight, seriously down, and unable to
exercise like I had enjoyed previously. Sharone was so enthusiastic about taking small steps in a better
direction that it rubbed off on me. After a year since we started, I’m in a healthy BMI range, I LOVE
building muscle, pumping my heart, and making good food.
